The American Dance Institute, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, builds artistic, athletic, confident individuals. Our faculty and staff strive to provide a nurturing environment where everyone who enters our doors feels better on the way out than they felt on the way in. The Institute provides the Maryland, Virginia and DC metropolitan region with:

• A national center of excellence for dance instruction serving children, pre-professionals, professionals and adults.
• A national center for Pilates conditioning and teacher training.
