Rentals for Studio Space & Events
The facility makes a fantastic place to host your special event. The building's design allows for multiple areas of entertainment and presentation. The expanisve lobby encourages mingling and offers exhibition space. Parking is easy and the building's entrance makes valet parking simple.
Dancers, choreographers, and directors find the studios an excellent place to work. Folk troupes and other who need a large area enjoy the amendities the facility brings to their clients.
Painters and phtographers are welcome to exhibit for up to thirty days. If you are interested, please email either a link or examples of your work here.
The facility is available on an hourly or event basis. Studios rent by the hour with the understanding that the Institute's programming takes precendence over all rentals. Please email or telephone 301-984-3003 to schedule or request additional information.
The performance space seats up to 140 with full lighting and sound and is also available for rental. Those wishing to rent the space must apply with examples of the work to be performed. Please contact us for more information.
